I'd go on @dressyourface 's Instagram page and look through the looks that many of her students have created, many of them follow a theme and they're great "glam" looks for a variety of occasions! (: For lips I would maybe try a light pink lip colour (:

Since you want to bring out your blue eyes to help them compete with your beautiful blue dress, I'd go with a bronze-based eyeshadow look if you wanted neutral, or a pink/fuchsia shadow look if you wanted a pop of color!
