Best setting powders for normal/dry skin.

I'm looking for a good setting powder for my normal to dry skin (ideally translucent but open to other suggestions). I want something that is going to keep a glow and not make me anywhere near matte. Something wht a natural to radiant finish. Any suggestions?

You may want to try Bare Minerals' Mineral Veil as well.
