Use a matte perfecting primer, it smoothes everything out. I honestly don't find that setting sprays make a difference, they're a waste of money. It's like spraying water on your face

Moisturizing will be a really big help, as well as perhaps (if you do apply powder) only lightly dusting the powder over your T-Zone and undereye area instead of buffing all over the skin. But if you're not using a foundation that suits your skin type, then these suggestions might not make a huge difference. What foundation are you currently using?
