Wow, that dress is soo cute! If you really want to get crazy with your makeup, you should go for an intense blue smokey eye (similar to the one in the picture) the same color of your dress with a black winged liner. As for the lips, I'd say a lighter pink color with a gloss would compliment the eyes very nicely. Also, nothing says edgy better then contoured cheeks! Contouring your cheeks will give you great definition to your face and support that edgy-esque look you are going for. Also if you really want to go out "with a bang", don't be scared to get glitter crazy! try adding a glitter high light to your upper cheek bones, that will give you that rock start appeal:) Now as for hair, you can go all out and do a cute faux hawk hair style (Here are some videos with good faux hawk tutorials for long hair: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYmxvUAgRyQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmynRJPl3Q4 ) to make your edgy prom outfit complete:) Hope this helped you out some!

If you really want to let that side of you come out I suggest u look for one of the Alexander McQueen fashion shows that has a model in a flowy white strapless and try to sew a knock off version of it by using a skirt hoop on the bottom and if you want to before you sew in the hoop you can tie dye it in a color of your certain ( as long as it's an evening color) choice but if you want to amaze some people use some blue, teal, grey, and a light shade of purple to make it look like water but twist the dress up where it'll get that wrinkly effect and let it soak for a few days. For makeup I suggest the same effect as the gown or look up vintage or tacky an try to find the peacock eye video or try to find videos for glitter eyes and put your hair up in a French twist with hair jewels and use a light blue lipstick from MAC to top it off.

Instead with your dress of choice stick with the makeup and hair and save my idea for the next occasion
