New School! Need help!

So the BCTF strike has ended and I'm starting school on Monday. I live in Canada and its supposed to be a little chilly where I live. I will be starting at a totally new school in a totally new city. I'm going into 9th grade. The only dress code that they enforce is no stomachs showing and no short shorts. My personal style is girly with a little bit of country (due to where I used to live) and sometimes a little edgy (due to my best friend rubbing off on me). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe a cute skirt with super thick leggings and boots. Although, I lived in the north for a few years and stubbornly wore mini skirts and super thin tights through out the winter. Not my brightest. Good luck in your new school!

I would do what Brittany said ^^^ Ripped jeans, a flowy top, heeled boots. And I would also add a dainty necklace, a scarf, and a cute beanie. :) Good luck!
