So I exfoliate moisturize my nose and nothing works! The next day when I put foundation on my nose it looks all gross and you can see the dry skin flakes and I hate it! Any way to make this stop?

Dry flakes are usually caused by dehydration which is a skin condition not a skin type (dry skin) I would suggest drinking more water and using a barrier cream to protect against environmental.

After you exfoliate make sure to put on a very moisturizing lotion

Try putting in a primer before you out on your foundation.

I use my ring finger to apply it on my nose. But I've tried using a flat brush, stippling and they all look horrible aha

On your nose...try washing your face and using a toner before applying makeup.
