Maybe you should try to wear brown eyeliner or maybe do a look with no eyeliner at all because the secret to wearing makeup is to make it look like your not wearing any at all

I've ALWAYS had trouble putting on eyeliner in a way that I don't look like a raccoon and so that its not too thick, I want it to look natural. And I found a really good way of doing it.
First I put on eyeliner. It really doesn't matter how thick, and I do my whole eyelid, from inner corner to outer, and normally only do the top. Then I take a Q-Tip with a little make-up remover on it and wipe away the liner thats on my lid, leaving only the liner thats smudged in my lashline! Its a neat little trick that ALWAYS works like a pro for me (:

Buy a formulation that's waterproof. I love one I bought from Essence. It goes on smooth and I smudge it with a dry qtip and it stays all day. Drugstore too so it's cheap but great quality.

If you normally wear black, try a softer color like gray. And waterproof formulas are best for waterlines. :-) Hope this helps!
