I love the lorac palette and as far as highlighters go I use Too Faced's candlelight powder duo. It's very subtle but looks lovely. I just brush it along the tops of my cheeks bones, down the center of my forehead, nose, and chin, and on the inner corners of my eyes.

High Beam is great for pale skin tones! in the summer it's too ashy for me but I love it for the winter. As for a palette, what about the Monarch by Kat Von D? I'm in love with those colors! They don't sell it where I live, I wish I could buy it!

Highlighter- I personally do not like any Benefit Highlighter, the reason being is that they never show up on my skin (not even subtly, like it looks like I applied nothing!). That being said, I recommend Too Faced Candlelight Glow Duo or Urban Decay Naked Face and Body Illuminating Powder (forewarning though, its pretty chunky glitter, so if its not buffed out good you may not like it. But I adore it).
Lipstick- Revlon Colorburst Balms or Milani Lipsticks are great
Palettes- Anything Too Faced, Urban Decay, or Kat Von D!

Oh one more thing, the reason Benefit's Highlighters don't show up is because I think my skin is just too fair complected, so if you have fair skin like me, I'd stay away from them...

Purple Lippie - Melt Cosmetics By Starlight (not some sephora but awesome), Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick in LUV
Palette - Lorac Pro (At Ulta) is my top palette. Buuut the Too Faced Chocolate Bar is nice to. The UD Electric Palette is good for color.
