Products that you've been disappointed in/regret buying lately?

For me.. I was so excited about Bare Minerals' Blemish Remedy foundation. I thought it was going to be full coverage AND treat acne, but unfortunately.. it gave almost NO coverage, and it smelled so strong, even on the face! I was so sad. I returned it today and exchanged it for Clinique's Even Better foundation in the acne fighting version, which so far I've been happy with. :)

Anything you guys regret buying??

The Maybelline gel liner! I bought it coz of all the hype but I really hated it. It dries out really fast, fades, smudges, and is not the blackest black I have used. But maybe I got a bad batch lol. Inglot AMC liner is the best gel liner by leaps and bounds.

My only regret so far I think would be the too faced lip injection color bomb.

This thing was so pretty the color was beautiful, it says it's supposed to moisturize, let me tell you it just dried out my lips and made them peel like crazy!! Also, I had bumps on my upper lip like on mustache area and on my chin. And they weren't normal bumps they where like cyst kind of bumps. Also it made the outline of my lips look as if I had red lip liner and nothing else so I looked like a crazy person.

I guess I was disappointed so badly because I'm a hardcore too faced fan and I love their eyeshadows and lipsticks but this thing was just crap in my opinion

Kat von dee foundation. It's wicked full coverage but I have dry to normal skin and it dries me out really badly and makes it look cakey.

Pretty much anything Revlon, especially the eyeshadows. I don't find them pigmented at all and I really struggle to get any decent colour payoff from them.

Essie nail polishes as well - they are okay, but not at all worth the price tags for me. Sally Hansen any day!

Oh, and the Benefit They're Real line - the mascara and the liner. They are okay, but definitely not worth the price, and don't really do anything a similar product from a budget brand wouldn't do. Sooooo frustrating!

@ Sandra, that's funny! I actually am looking forward to buying KVDs foundation in that exact shade. 😊 I didn't like it at first either but it's one of those foundations that you tweek your application method a little each time and you end up loving it. Well, for me anyways. Haha

My regret lately has been sephoras liquid liner. It's funny cause I used to LOVE their eye liner a couple years back so I decided to repurchase. I think they may have changed the formula because it's HORRIBLE now. I got the blackest shade and it shows up grey on my eye. If you try to build the color up, it turns into a gross patchy mess.

I actually LOVE KVD foundation minus the fact I can't give someone a hug without getting makeup on their shoulder. My disappointment recently was MUFE Matte Velvet foundation. No coverage or matte qualities...at least for me.

I actually didnt like the anastasia bevelry hills pomade that everybodys been going crazy about. When I finally bought it including the brush for it, it was too waxy and unnatural & wasnt even waterproof it.still smudged! I didnt like it at all and regret wasting money on it. but thats just me(:
