Lipstick help for fair skin!

I'm trying to find a nude matte lipstick for everyday use and a dark plum matte lipstick for going out in the fall. I have fair skin so cool undertones look best on me. I'm loving matte lipsticks especially from MAC and NARS. I just bought "Flat Out Fabulous" from MAC and I love it! It's a hot pink and goes well with my outfits for summer but now since fall is near I want to change it up. So please any opinions for those who love matte as much as I do! :) thanks!

I like Nars, but I'm really loving Bite Beauty, which is where both of those colors are from.
