I have both urban decAy and stila liners. their sooo dark and if you have small eyes they both give the pop you need to make them look bolder. I have small eyes and use them :)

I always always go for Rimmel scandleyes dipped in mabeline gel liner. it makes it super easy to apply and last me all day!
it's been quite a journey before I finally get there! I use to have smudge eyeliner that would disappear in the middle of,the day! but now, I'm in love with this combination!
