For sure. Just be cautious about how much you use as it can leave skim oily and clog pores if used to much.

I use it after I wash my face at night. but I only do it every couple of days to make sure it doesn't clog my pores. I also use it to remove my eye makeup when I run out of eye makeup remover. I just rub it around softly and it isn't drying like the normal removers are. :)
