Try using matte lip liners and mixing them with lip balm on your lips instead of lipstick.

nude your lips out, I do just the edges with my all over concealer, then do lip balm all over and take the liner in whatever color, press my lips together and run it back and forth in the inner edge between them, then rub your lips together lightly to blend out. easy matte wine stain look.
