I know tons of ladies that take biotin! You can just go to target or Walmart and pick up a bottle :)

I agree with Alexis; consult a doc first.
I took vitamin pills on my doctor's prescription for hairfall and it did help me reduce the loss.
Other than that I skipped to organic shampoos, conditioners, coconut oil mask and stopped all heat styling.

Try using essential oils. Mix some shampoo and rosemary and rub it into your roots. Doterra is a very good essential oil company. But any oil company will work.
