Cute! I'd say it was more of a wash of medium brown with a flick. There are various types of smokey eyes like a strong color all over the lid, a gradient from lashes up, or having darker colors in crease/outer v. Smokey eyes are just looks that are all diffused and blended.

As defined above, a smokey eye is a dark color, most often black, on the lid, getting gradually lighter and 'smokier' in the crease. In my opinion, the key to a successful smokey eye is blending! While your look is very pretty, it would not be classified as a smokey eye. (: if you would like to do an actual smokey eye, all of the information the above ladies listed is very helpful; especially Jacqlyn's pictorials! Otherwise, you're eye look is lovely, and that wing is great! But it would not be classified as a smokey eye.
