Like I said before you should go to a dermatologist to find out what type of milia you have & they'll tell you exactly what you need to do to treat it 😊

I would suggest light exloliaton...it won't go away quick. I don't think a derm can do much either unless you have them remove it, which is prolly costly.

They have to be opened so you should go to a dermatologist in order to avoid getting scars.

I agree with Olivia. You could have put this in with your other post. Creating so many posts of basically the same nature really clogs up the site; and pushes other threads down...
You should go see a derm in order to figure out what to do. Don't mess with the spots and let the derm do what they do best... Treat skin!

I removed all of mine with a needle, but I definitely wouldn't suggest that lol. a dermatologist will remove them.
