I had amazing skin then I got one pimple and freaked out and went on proactive, the realized it had really damaged my akin and went on Vichy which still wasn't working so now I'm on biotherm and there is literally not a clear spot of skin on my face! I don't know what to do in losing in help!!

Sometimes it even depends on how old you are (: when I was 13-16 I had so many pimples, and in time they just went away! One thing you should not do is pick at the pimple because it will actually make it worse and spread! Also drink lots of water eat plenty of fruit.and make sure that you wash your face at night and day (: hope this helps
