What foundation are you using? Also use a luminous skin primer I use loreal magic lumi it's amazing!! Also Jaclyn Hill just made a whole video about it on YouTube

Covergirl 3in1 foundation is for a more matte look so you might want to look for a foundation that doesn't have matte or semi matte in the description of that is what you are looking for.

I have been using the UD All Nighter spray for quite a while now & I don't really notice that it makes me look dewy. it also doesn't make my makeup last longer. it just really nicely removes that powdery look I get after applying my makeup, which is all a setting spray is really for.
I also would be really careful about mixing your foundation with a moisturizer. this can very easily & quickly result in cakey, greasy looking skin/makeup. if you want a dewy look, I would just buy an illuminating foundation or an illuminator. some good dewy foundations are NARS Sheer Glow & Armani Luminous Silk, however both are recommended for people with dry skin. as for illuminators, I personally really like & use the Benefit Watts Up stick. adds a nice, natural looking glow. you can also try the NARS Albatross powder.
