I have PE AT 10 am and it's annoying. I sweat because I actually participate and it's super hot. Any tips on how to keep myself looking and smelling and feeling fresh?

If you wear make up, use a matte setting powder with a good setting spray. Blot your sweat off your face with tissue paper or oil blotting sheets. Then reapply if powder if needed. Wear deodorant and apply it before and after gym. And also spray some kind of nice scented perfume after gym if you really need it. **change of clothes: 1 for gym, 1 regular outfit :)

Wear men's deodorant like old spice or something before and then after you do PE out women's deodorant on and do a few spritz of body spray to smell fresh! And with makeup they make long lasting waterproof concealers then touch up your powder afterwards!

I loved using baby wipes or something similar after! I prefered unscented (incase someone has allergies) and they can help cool you down, reduce some redness if you get red and wipe your arms or anything if you feel extra dirty. Try and find out if anyone around you is affectes by body sprays too, if not spritz a bit too. A water proof eyeliner was a must have. I would hold off on the heavy foundations and what not until after as well(:

I have the same problem because I have dance as my 2nd hour and I always sweat! What I do is just put on powder that morning and after class I use oil-blotting pads and some perfume and I look good as new!
