Add a pair of leggings/tights or ankle boots with them? Or even pair a jean jacket and some flats or casual wedges.

Put everything wuth the hanger hook inwards everytime you wash something hang it wuth the hook facing outwards abd toure not allowed to use anything thats the opposite side. whatever youre really not excited to wear you can throw out or give away. lol did any of this make sense?...

My clothing in rotation as I own a lot as well. I try to put all of my clean clothes away in the back of the drawer/closet/bottom of the stack so that the ones I haven't worn yet are more easily available. (Kind of like how they rotate food in the grocery store so older things get purchased first)
