My friend just had her hair dyed a red color but for some reason the dye rubs off on her neck and clothes like all the time. Even if she runs her hands through her hair she gets color on her hands. Is there a reason for it? Please let me know so I can tell her thank you!

Did she use a vegan dye like manic panic or directions to do it? This always used to happen to me when I'd straighten it and when it got rained on, perhaps she needs to rinse the colour out more when she washes her hair next.

You don't think maybe it has to do with the dye?

Yeah I would go back too, even if they don't give her her money back or redo it, maybe they can tell her what to do to make it not bleed.
