Were you looking for it online?

I don't know about human hair, as I only buy synthetic, but if you decide that synthetic would be okay check out Arda, Rockstar Wigs, or Epic Cosplay. They all have really nice wigs with varying levels of heat resistance.
If you're looking to human hair just because it can be dyed, know that synthetic wigs can be dyed too, using artists inks. There are several tutorials on Cosplay.com about wig styling, cutting, dyeing, etc. There might even be a recommendation for where to buy human hair wigs, I'm not sure.

That makes sense... as I live in Europe it would be hard for me to find it for you, I'm really sorry :(
Are you sure you need to heat treat it? You can dampen it and cold-style it (my new idiom! lol) overnight.

A high quality synthetic behaves like human hair and generally looks like human hair when styled. They can't be dyed with regular hair dye, but using artist's inks is generally an easy method. Hyperlon (I think that's how it is spelled) is extremely heat resistant, with other fibers being slightly less-so.
My Rockstar wig is heat resistant up to 180C, and once I have it styled and put on correctly it looks pretty real (other than it being purple). I used an adjustable setting straightener and it worked beautifully. You can also use water if you are wary of using hot tools, it just takes a lot longer.
Human hair wigs are super expensive, that's why I never bother with them. I'm not sure where to even buy them, and not get ripped off.
