You could use a blending brush (there is one from elf that is like 3$) also a beauty blender works well if you get the good one which is the 40$ one from sephora which is a lot but worth it honestly if if works which everyone I have heard from that has had it said they LOVED it. Hope I could help! :)

Use a blending brush. You can try elf, echo tools, bh cosmetics. They all have some great brushes at great prices. To make it stay all day use a primer. The elf $1 one works great or for a higher end one the urban decay primer potion. If you have an NYX jumbo eye pencil you can also use that as a base. That will also help the color stand out more (:
