I don't know if it will.
I know a website that would be perfect for you and this kind of stuff though. I'll have to find it. But it's all about redheads. I use the site since I'm also a redhead :)

I'm a redhead too but I'm not quite sure what you're asking. If you don't have any dark spots then it wouldn't be a product that I'd pick up, regardless of hair colour.
When you say you're looking for something to repair and protect, what exactly are you looking for a product to do?

Also a redhead, also don't really grasp what you're asking :(

I'm sorry for not making it very clear :/. What I'm wanting is something to repair any damage the sun has done to my skin over the years. If this wouldn't work for that what else could? Thanks for the help with the Red Head site I'll look into it!

As far as I know there's not a lot you can do about sun damage that's already done really other than keeping a good skin routine to fight any visible signs.
The best thing I'd recommend is investing in a good sunscreen (factor 30) with both uva and uvb protection. Benefit do a nice one and Soap and Glory do one too. Make sure you apply enough (a tea spoon for the face and neck) don't rely on spf in your foundation as you don't apply enough.
