2⃣ Take the vitamin called biotin, this vitamin makes your hair and nails grow! Especially your hair!
3⃣ once a week, you should be doing a deep conditioning treatment! After shampoo make sure you massage and leave it in for 5 minutes. Using the back of your comb..press down on your ends..this closes your cuticle..basically means.. NO SPLIT ENDS 😉

Your hair looks really lovely. However before taking any vitamin supplements (like biotin) it's best to consult with your doctor as they won't recommend you taking it unless you aren't getting enough of it from your diet (which most people do). At best it will be a waste of money as your body will just filter out the unneeded vitamins but it can also have some nasty side effects so just be aware and be careful.
