I understand your fear! I've had blonde hair for 6 years lol you could add highlights or lowlights of a color you like and gradually change it. I am far too scared to die it all so that's what I've been doing.

I was in your situation before too. And when I finally had the guts to dye it they told me my hair was so damaged from being blonde so long the color wouldn't stay in my hair very long so I needed to get a protein filler in my hair before I could dye it. When you "bleach" your hair it strips all the proteins and pigment out of your hair so the color would have nothing to hold on to. If that makes sense.. Haha (: it's so worth it though! My hair is 10x more healthy and never frizzy, super soft and manageable 😊 hope this helps!! Good luck❤️
