Neutrogena actually makes a full line of body acne products..you check them out they also have a wash=)

I've had some bad back/shoulder acne for a while and I started using AcneFree's body spray. I like it because it's stronger and easier to spray then Neutrogena's. I used it every day for about a week and a half and now I use it every other day. My skin cleared up ASAP! Just be warned when you spray it is very 'chemically smelling' and I cough if I breathe it. I usually just hold my breath while I spray and I'm ok. Also I exfoliate my back with a scrub every once in a while. Hope this helps! The product is a lifesaver!
