Best mascara for no 'racoon eyes', sensitive skin/eyes (cruelty-free)

I have oily lids and very long lashes, and no matter what, *always* end up with racoon eyes.

Mascara must have...

- NO parabens
- NO artificial fragrance
- No animal - testing
- NO 'racoon eyes' (if that's actually possible)

I was using BWC's mascara (being organic and cruelty-free), however, it gave me racoon eyes too.

***I have not tried mascara by Tarte or Buxom. Would you recommend either of these? (and if so, which ones)? **

( I need to be able to remove it easily at night. I hate having to pull or rub my eyes to get makeup off! )
