The subject explain my query. does flax seed oil nourish the oil or cause hair loss? can we apply flax seed oil on face?

I've never heard of it being used on your face. I would imagine it would be too think & take too long to absorb. Most oils are good for your hair. It's most beneficial when consumed, I add it to my morning smoothies.

There is flaxseed hair gel. Something I've concocted at home but its such a pain and it only last for a few days before it starts to spoil. I found that ingested it is far superior for results in skin and hair than for topical use.
