I'm 15 years old and have suffered from very mild acne for years, but just recently my face has broken out so bad!! It isn't just the little bumps that everyone gets, it's a legit big pimple.. They're mostly on my chin and forehead. I've tried everything from changing my pillow case every week to medicines and creams from the dermatologist. Nothing has helped. My skin Is also extremely oily. I've been researching accutane but there are so many bad side effects! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes do what Jade said and also drink a lot of water, keep your fair out of your face and use blotting paper when your face gets oily. I am 15 and have trouble with acne too...and these things help me :)

What jade and Rachel said. I've heard that Neutrogenia is good but I use X out and it's been working well for me. If you are tempted to pop the pimples, don't. I'm that way and I've gotten better at not doing it. It can spread oils from you fingers on your face causing more pimple or an infection.

I will definitely try to eat healthier and exercise! I have tried X out also. And proactiv. Proactiv worked great for me, until I stopped. After I quit using it they all came back 10x worse!

Drink lots and lots of water you can also do detox water , don't eat greasy foods or junk food , just eat healthy ( watermelon is really good for your skin when you eat it:)
Wash your face twice a day and I suggest using a toner or astringent
Also moisturize! Even though your skin is oily you need to moisturize because when you don't your body produces extra oil to compensate for the oil that was taken away from your skin
I suggest Nivea mattifying day moisturizer for oily skin
Make sure your hair isn't in your face , let your face have sun
And use blotting sheets also after your exercise you need to wash your face right after to make sure your skin doesn't have sweat and dirt in it , also don't use lots of makeup on your face because that also clogs your pores and your brushes can Carry lots of bacteria if not washed after every use
