My hair barely grows at the forehead line, it's been like this even when I was a kid. It looks like I got horrible uneven bangs. The rest of my hair grows fine though. I have also stopped using styling tools for months.
Is there anything I can do to make it grow? or is my hair just always going to be like this?

Do you put your hair up a lot?

Thanks Alexis, that really sucks. I'll ask my doc
@renay, yeah I do, but the hair doesn't reach that far back, it's only about 3-4 in long

If it's constantly up, and tightly especially, there's something called traction alopecia. It's hair loss as the hairline from the constant tension or pulling from your hair being up. It is also permanent hair loss, unless detected early on.

:0 is there anything I can do? besides not putting my hair up.

I don't think so. :( it's permanent as it damages the dermal papilla and hair follicle. There's no proven treatments unless it's detected early on. Maybe just try putting less strain on your hair, and don't wear it up as much and of you must, wear it loosely. See your derm :)
