Is it bad to whiten your teeth right after you get braces? I get my braces off in two days! :) And what's the best kind? I was looking at the 3D one that's in a blue box I forgot what brand it is! :P

Yeah I'm wondering the same thing. I just got my braces of and I'm afraid to whiten them too soon.

My orthodontist recommended I go to the dentist for a professional whitening consultation. No store bought kit will help as (my dr said) most of the discolouration is from the cement used for the brackets. The integrity of your enamel is of the upmost importance, so find yourself a good dental service and do it safely the first time :)

My dads a dentist and Mallory A. is right don't just by cheap whitekng kits cause they could cause more harm but go to dentist and get whitening trays.
