I am only in 6th grade and at school we are not aloud to wear short-shorts but I have many short-shorts so how would I wear that to school?

I'm not allowed either I usually wear my short-shorts with very thin tights and if I were you I would invest in a few skirts and dresses!! You can get skin coloured tights if you don't want dark ones that's allowed at my school but I'm not sure yours.

Or you could get high socks that go up to your thighs but I'm not sure if that would be allowed :)

Invest in new shorts. Target has shorts with 3-3.5" inseams!
