I think it's such a great idea! I get hot super quickly, and it would be something super cute and cheap I could just throw in my purse or backpack for when I get super hot!

I don't see the problem with it especially when you're spending the day outside. depending on the design it can be really cute. I find them to work better than mini fans.

They are cute! vintage :) but it has to be a very good fan to work, if not, you are only going to raise your body temperature with the movement of your wrist

Cost Plus World Market has different varieties for $3-6. With fans you have to be careful because they break fairly easily.

They do come in handy though. :)

You could check out thrift stores! I've seen tons of gorgeous ones! I have a massive one on my wall but I don't think I could carry that around lol!
