So today finally I got my 3rd piercing done...what do you people think of it and also how can I take good care of it?? thanks in advance.

Personally I wouldn't do 3 piercings on same ear but if you like it then it's good :)
Clean them twice a day with alcohol to get the blood off and so your ear won't get infected. After cleaning them turn them frequently so the dried blood doesn't stick to the earing. And don't touch your ear frequently.

Definitely DO NOT use alcohol on your peircing!! Sea salt water (saline) is what you need. Alcohol, peroxide, and other harsh chemicals will only irritate the piercing and it won't heal right.

I heat up some salt water and dip my ear into it it tough at first but my ears never hurt or got infected.
