@Nina-I used the Wet N Wild Matte shadow pallete, the creamy beige browbone color all over the lid and then applied winged liner with Hard Candy's liquid liner and then used a pencil brush with the black shadow from the pallete and just kept the color concentrated right next to the actual wing(:

Love your work! For look 2 and 4 I'd perhaps try leaving a tiny tiny space on the inner corners to highlight but that's my personal preference!
