I've heard good things about the Milani one! I know you want a felt tip one but I LOVE the wet n wild liquid liner lately! It's only about 3 dollars so give it a try!

I like the maybelline's liquid eyeliner or wet n wild, its cheaper but works just as good last all day & night too

Please don't put liquid eyeliner in your waterline/tighline, please don't. You can use a pencil,cream, or gel but never, never a liquid liner. No matter what form the liquid liner is in, marker, pen, felt tip, bristle,traditional inkwell or mascara type packaging it doesn't matter, not meant for the waterline.
