I have posted this previously but I couldn't find the post!
I use walgreens moisturizer, then my stay matte primer by Rimmel, I use maybellines FIT ME foundation, and just the stay matte powder, then NYX blush, my all time favorite blush.
I have oily/combo skin.
My blush looks so blotchy and it's getting annoying!! Help please!

Fit me (personal opinion) Is meant for normal/dry skin. it made my oily/combo skin feel very oily and it didn't last half the day! Revlon's 24 hour foundation works much better and won't make you oily and last about the whole day. also, try setting your foundation with translucent powder. I find my blush looks better when I set my foundation first otherwise it sort of mixes with my foundation and causes it to look blotchy.

If you have oily skin, try skipping out on the moisturizer. Your moisturizer could be mixing with your primer and foundation causing it to go blotchy. As Rita said, set your face with powder before blush, otherwise the wet foundation will grab onto all the blush and make it hard to blend. Hope I helped :)

What foundation do you recommend? I'm on a budget.

Also (as the ladies before me mentioned many of the things I would say), is your powder brush clean? I noticed I went through a period where my blush was all skippy and strange and after I cleaned my brush really well, it went on smooth.
