I can never get the perfect cat eye or winged liner to look good any tips or tricks? Thanx!

Try using tape ( you can find a tutorial on YouTube ) or try finding these

Use a thinner brush maybe. Can help with the points and the flicks as opposed to a thicker brush.

I heard you can use a spoon or a q-tip. YouTube really helps haha. And make sure you are using one of those pencil shaped liquid eyeliners, (can't think of the name atm) they're the easiest to work with.
