Hello! I usually have pretty good skin, (combination) but recently my face has been getting excessivelly more oily. I'm not sure what to do- is it the change of the weather? Any products you would suggest? Thanks :)

Try Rimmel stay matte primer. That's what I use and no more shine! :)

Thank you for all the help! Also, I've been wanting the BareMinerals mineral makeup kit for quite some time.. it comes with a concealer, foundation, luminizer and a few more products. I've been wondering if this would be good or bad for my oily skin, and if it would cover shine?

Thank you! and I don't really have an issue with acne (luckily) so I'm going to look into buying it :) Thank you Megan, Stephanie, and Jacqlyn for your help!

I wasn't a fan of bare minerals...shiny after an hour of applying. Mattifying primers help (smashbox light, cargo Bluray, cover fx are tried & true fav for me), gel moisturizers (Clinique dramatically different gel), & a good setting spray (UD de-slick). & I always, always carry blotting sheets in my purse (boscia green tea is my go to) just to touch up excess shine throughout the day.

I have horribly oily skin and I went to ulta the other day and picked up the conair version of clairsonic. In just 2 days of using it, the oil on my face has gone away by at least 50%! I couldn't believe it...there's a 20% off coupon so it only cost me 79.99. Totally worth the money. My makeup lasted all day instead of melting off half way through my day.

I second the CoverFX primer. I also use Cetaphil oil control moisturizer, and Mario Badescu Vitamin C serum.
I've recently been using a couple of facial oils - Indie Lee's squalene oil and Tarte maracuja oil. They've given my skin needed moisture and in turn it's making me less oily.
Urban Decay De-slick is great, and I always carry blotting papers. I keep Smashbox Stay Matte in my purse too, just in case.
