Do the left first and compare the left to the right? Practice is really the only answer. And getting a really steady arm and relaxing

It's true, sometime the only way to get better at things is to practice, practice, practice. & trust me, makeup takes A LOT of that, ahah.
you can use tape to get the angle of your winged liner the same tho!
