Scar or hyperpigmentation

I had this thing for about a year and I have use basically most things lemon juice peeling everything I'm now using bio oil hoping it with help to fade it. I want to know will the old scar fade away? Is it a scar or hyperpigmentation?

Oh my it seems like a reaction to the lemon juice, I suggest you stop using lemon immediately on your face, its a skin irritant! And I think you should go see a doctor for this so you know exactly what it is and how to cure it.
