I loved my It CC at first, but it ended up being far too luminous for wearing alone. That's just my personal preference. I've never tried the MAC.

For the sake of your skin, I'd buy the cc cream. Mac is soooo bad for your skin.

Hmmmmm...decisions! I just really need something to control my redness!! Any suggestions? I have freckles and then red skin underneath--very tricky to find my perfect shade because I'm half red, half yellow! With dry skin.

I just bought the smashbox color correcting primer (the green one) because I have the red skin problem also.. It has helped me tremendously.. Now I wear whatever foundation I feel like :)

I definitely recommend the IT cosmetics. I've tried both and MAC broke me out. It feels too heavy on my skin. The IT CC cream gives great coverage with skin benefits.
