Hey Ladies wondering if anyone knows if applying a primer n base would be considered immediate eye are...the warning sides on the back of the pallet say not to apply to the immediate eye it seams like everyone has a opinion to this pallet but I have not read any reviews on the colors mentioned not to use on the eye.

It's just a warning because some people get irritated by a pigment in the red/pink colors. Just do a patch test on your lid, wait a few hours and if nothing happens then it's fine, if you get puffy or red and itchy, then don't use it around the eyes. Some people can wear them in the crease but not the lid, and some people can't wear it at all. A primer or base wouldn't make the chance of reacting to it any less.
The FDA hasn't approved it in the states, but in Canada and most of Europe it's approved.

Yes it's mostly because it could be staining or irritating. I got a little staining but no irritation and I've used all of them all over my eyes lol. A primer or base will help with the staining, I see a lot less staining when I use primer than when I don't.

Personally, none of them bothered my eyes. When I swatched this palette I did swatches with a primer on one eye and without on the other and didn't have problems with either.

I don't personally have this pallet always patch test anyway as some ingredients can vary in colours so if you are worried, try a patch test first to see if any irritations occur. And excuse this kinda irrelevant comment but Erin your eye brows are amazing!👍
