Okay, so anytime I line my tight line or water line my eyes ger sooo irritated! I've tried every liner out there and I'm always super careful not to touch my actual eye. Any suggestions?

Maybe try visine? Because even though you try not to get it in your eye some eyeliner probably makes its way into it...

Today, I swatched the Ulta brand 2 sided deep brown/black eyeliner pencil and it glides on very smoothly, and with some practice, no teeny clumps that fall. If it's really sharpened, then it could work out. Hope I helped!

And on top, it might help to put a translucent powder.
