Loreal True Match Lumi works great on dry skin. It's my favorite foundation when my skin is dry or even normal. When it's hot and humid and muggy it doesn't work as well for me though.

Have you tried revlon colorstay in normal/dry skin type? I have dry skin as well and revlon colorstay works well for me.

Maybelline fit me. My HG foundation. It's so light and gives a flawless finish. Definitely recommend it. :)

You can use a moisturing primer maybe that would help with the foundation not working for you or use foundation meant for dry skin :)
