How to get the nails to grow long and beautiful. I have a bad habit of biting my nails and for my birthday slumber party which is on the 23 I want to have somewhat pretty nails.

Sally Hansen has different clear nail polishes to help your nails grow. Since you have a bad habit of biting your nails, apply a clear coat to them so you won't bite them! Xoxo.

Know way mines is the 24th!!☺️ but I recommend to try not to bite your nails and to apply a clear top coat, and cuticle lotion: I recommend "cuticle massage cream by sally hansen) or cuticle oil, or the (nailgrowth miracle serum by sally hansen) yes sally hansen is a well- known product espically nail care, hope this helps☺️ and you can also type in (cutepolish) into youtube and she haves great tips for nail designs and nail growth💅💝
