Dior amber diamond is amazing:) or rose diamond if you want a more pink toned highlighter. I'm really fair and it still shows up perfectly.

Honestly you can mix a lighter eyeshadow with a golden eyeshadow and use that as a highlighter. Half baked by UD looks so amazing.
