It honestly depends on what look I'm going for. I used to only line it 3/4 the way in, then I was so anti-bottom lash line makeup but now I wear it according to my makeup. I find myself putting liner there when I do more dramatic looks

I tried it yesterday, right after I put it on the wet line it burned and my eyes began to water. But past that stage I was fine and reapplied. Yep it does depend on the look you want to invent or try.

I personally have always felt awkward wearing eyeliner on my bottom lash line but ice seen girls that look gorgeous in it too, I just don't think it fits me so I tend to stay away from eyeliner there haha.

I often wear black eyeliner (pencil) on the lower lashline- it gives me this cat eye look, I love it. But it depends on the look of course.
