I have always liked the long dangles, I felt the basic studs looked awkward on my stomach... I'll have to put the small one in and get your opinions soon! I got this piercing about 8-9 years ago and it actually did not hurt, I didn't even feel it because it was so fast. This is what it looks like a little further away.
